Exercise 10 : Exploring your Heart and Head
1) Sit comfortably and set a quiet mood. Close your eyes and picture the inner workings of your heart in whatever way you wish. Breath deeply and imagine that you can speak directly to your heart. How often do you listen to your heart? What would it say to you? What does it truly desire? What does it yearn for? What make it really happy and content? What makes it tight and anxious? How does it feel in your body? Continue to breath and keep your awareness right in the center of your chest. Do not worry about what happens; just take the journey and see what comes up for you. After you are finished write any wisdom from you heart.
